What does the error message say?
Flash crashes for me very often also. The only thing you can do is save often, and save backups.

Well, kind of, but mostly it'd help to know why it crashed, and quite often the error message tells you that.

That happens to me all the time, in many different programs. I'd assume the best method is to save as often as possible. Defragging your computer or removing spyware from it may help too.

Lots of custom colors!  Shocked
