1. No ****... (3 day ban no warning)
2. Double Posting fine as long as its not a lot but to tripple
3. Becoming a mod or admin... just don't ask it annoying
4. no large or over sized sig's or avatars (they will get deleted imediatly)
5. no asking for private data like whats you address if someone is harassing you notify any of the admins or mod's
6. smashing and bashing Off the Wall on this board is strictly not allowed we don't need another Tomfitz!
7. Spamming the Newgrounds (or any other flash sites) portal with OTW's name on it this is one of the most strict rules. If you submit a spam animation with OTW's name on it your fate rests on an admin/mod vote it can lead to EXPULSION!
8. No auto music playing sig's it can have a play button for the music but it can't auto play we will delete your sig
9. Flash on your sig is available but please don't have a large flash screen on it 400x400 is the max size
10. Don't Succeed the number of Black Marks on your account. (5 day ban)

hey, those are some great rules, but I dont think thats the place for them, they should be on the screen as you sign up, like in the user agreement... or somthing you cant ovoid reading.... and if you dont read there should be like some sort of penalty... like being set to flames lol

no... cuz ppl dont read the user agreement... ever.. i didnt... you didnt... nobody did... i think thats a great place to have them... right where anyone can read them and it is known to all... members or not...
